Return and Refund Policy
At Vomenier, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as the instructions needed to send back your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged items or order issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and find a solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- customized or made-to-order products
- personal care products (such as beauty products)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item.
Right of withdrawal - European Union (14 days)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal period to cancel or return your order without justification.
As indicated previously, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved or denied.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing of the refund may also depend on the timeframes of your bank or card issuer.
