Estimated shipping times

After your order is validated, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping method selected. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped.

In most cases, delivery takes between 5 and 9 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen.

To track your order, please check the shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately, even if your parcel is already in transit.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number as well as a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow the delivery status of your parcel in real time.

5. Shipping fees

  • the weight and/or volume of your order

During certain promotions, free shipping may be offered for certain countries or for orders exceeding a certain amount.

7. Incorrect or incomplete address

Vomenier cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned for this reason, additional shipping fees may be charged to resend the order.
